A lot of the times when I am cooking a meal, I am usually drinking a beer. Most of the times (unless it’s really something good) I’ll use the same beer for a little bit of the cooking. When I cook ribs, I cook them all in beer. Fish. Beer battered. Pulled Pork. Beer. Brats. Well no shit, beer. So I figured since I cook all the time, why not throw some recipes in here.
Note: my measurements aren’t by cups or ounces, rather by cans and “good enoughs”
